| 摘 要： | 目的探讨准分子激光上皮瓣下磨镶术(laser-assisted subepithelial keratomileusis,LASEK)治疗特殊近视眼群体的临床效果。方法应用美国VISX STAR S4型准分子激光对28例56眼特殊的近视患者(眼球较小,眼窝较深,角膜偏薄,曲率相对异常等)行LASEK手术,术后随诊6个月,观察手术的安全性和有效性。结果28例56眼中,术后6个月53眼术后裸眼视力达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力,50眼术后屈光度在-1.00~1.00D,术中、术后无严重并发症。结论LASEK治疗特殊类型近视眼安全有效,并且拓宽了准分子激光手术的治疗范围。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of laser-assisted subepithelial keratomileusis(LASEK)for special myopia.Methods Fifty-six eyes of special myopia(small eye,thin comea,special corneal currature,et al)were treated by LASEK and followed for 6 months,and postoperative effective was observed.Results For 56 eyes of 28 cases,53 eyes uncorrected visual acuity reached or exceed their preoperative corrected visual acuity,and the postoperative refraction of 50 eyes was-1.00~1.00 D.There was no serious complications in the course and postoperation.Conclusion For special myopia,LASEK is safe and effective,and expands the application of laser surgery. |
