| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阿司匹林肠溶片含量测定的方法。方法在波长297 nm处,阿司匹林以其在0.1 mol.L-1盐酸溶液为参比液,测得其在0.1 mol.L-1氢氧化钠溶液中的差示吸收值。结果阿司匹林浓度在10.29~30.87 mg.L-1范围内ΔA与溶液浓度呈良好线性关系（r=0.9998）,平均回收率为99.84%（n=6）,RSD为0.51%。结论该法简便、快速、准确。

| Abstract: | Aim To explore a method of determining the aspirin enteric-coated tablets.Methods The differential absorptions of Aspirin in 0.1 mol·L-1 HCl and in 0.1 mol·L-1 NaOH were determined at the detection wavelength of 297 nm.Results The calibration curves show good linearity in the range between 10.29 and 30.87 mg·L-1(r=0.9998).The average recovery rate was 99.84%(n=6),and RSD was 0.51%.Conclusion The method is simple,quick and accurate. |
