消化性溃疡的临床疗效观察

目的探讨治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将2007年2月～2009年2月在我院就诊的门诊患者60例分为对照组和治疗组，每组各30例。其中对照组采用西医治疗，而治疗组采用中西医结合治疗，观察两组临床总治愈率和幽门螺杆菌根除率，并于1年后进行随访。结果治疗组在总治愈率及远期疗效上要明显优于对照组，两组比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）；两组幽门螺杆菌根除率比较中，治疗组好于对照组，且具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合疗法对消化性溃疡治疗取得了较好的疗效，值得临床进一步研究推广。

Clinical Efficacy of Peptic Ulcer

Objective To investigate the effects of clinical treatment on peptic ulcer. Methods We selected 60 outpatients of our hospital from Feb. 2007 to Feb. 2009 and divided them into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each. The control group was treated with Western medicine, while the treatment group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and then observed the curative rate and the helicobacter pylori eradicating rate, and a follow-up was performed after 1 year. Results Compared with the control group, the curative rate and the helicobacter pylori eradicating rate of the treatment group were higher, and there were significant differences in the curative rate （P〈0.05） and the helicobacter pylori eradicating rate （P〈0.05） between the two groups. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine shows better effects for peptic ulcer, worthy of popularization.
