老年患者肺部真菌感染的因素与防治措施

目的对老年患者肺部真菌感染的病历进行分析,探讨其感染的因素。方法回顾性分析我院2002年1月至2004年12月收治的老年患者(>60岁)发生院内肺部真菌感染的病历进行查阅、统计。结果发生肺部真菌感染的有26例,病原菌以念珠菌为主,其中白色念珠菌感染占66·6%。老年患者肺部真菌感染可能与患者年龄、住院天数、原发病、侵袭性操作及抗生素、免疫抑制剂的广泛使用密切相关。结论早期发现肺部真菌感染,根据菌种及药敏结果选用抗真菌治疗,可望改善预后。

Risk factors and Preventive measures of the elderly patients with fungal infection in lung

Objective To analyze the cases of the elderly patients with fungal infection in lung and to study risk factors and preventive measures of fungal infection. Methods The cases of the elderly patients(>60 years old) with nosocomial fungal infection in lung were retrospectively analyzed and looked up and made a statistics during January 2002-December 2004. Results There were 26 cases with fungal infection in lung. In these pathogens, candida was the major ones, and candida albicans 66.6%. If the cases were treated timely, there was a good result. The elderly patients with fungal infection in lung were related to ages of patents, days of patents in hospital, original disease, improper medical manipulations and antibiotics and immunosuppressive agents utilized widely. Conclusion To find cases with fungal infection in lung early and select the drug of anti-fungus to teat them according to kinds of germ and the results of the drug sensitive test. It is likely to improve prognosis. In a word, a correct early utilization of antibiotics is the key for prevention of fungal infection.
