摘    要:目的建立改良的兔体外循环模型。方法采用股动脉插管,主动脉根部阻断右心房引流的方法建立兔体外循环,检测血流动力学指标的变化。结果18只兔成功建立体外循环模型,血流动力学指标在正常范围之内。停体外循环后心脏顺利复跳。结论通过本实验建立的兔体外循环模型,操作简单,更加符合临床研究体外循环的理想小动物模型。

Abstract:Aim To establish the rabbit model of cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).Methods CPB was established via a femoral artery catheterization,aortic root was blocked,right atrium was drained.Changes in hemodynamics were monitored.Results 18 rabbits were used successfully to establish model of cardiopulmonary bypass,hemodynamics were normal.After stopping CPB the heart successfully restored beating.Conclusion Through this experiment to establish the rabbit CPB model,we consider that the experimental procedure is simply,...
