摘    要:目的探讨噪声对作业工人血清中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性和去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量的影响。方法选择某热力厂的48名生产性噪声暴露工人为接触组,同一工厂不接触噪声或其他毒物的47名工人为对照组,采用比色法测定血清中NOS的活性;采用ELISA酶联免疫法测定血清中NE的含量。结果暴露组血清中NE含量为(230.56±189.41)pg/ml,明显高于对照组的(164.68±130.45)pg/ml(P<0.05);而血清中NOS的活性,两组之间没有显著性差异。结论长期接触噪声对机体NE的含量有影响,可能会导致外周交感神经的兴奋性增加。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of noise on bioactivity of serum nitric oxide synthase and noradrenalin.Methods:48 noise-exposed workers were chosen as exposed gruop;and 47 non-exposed as control group.The activity of serum NOS was determined by spectronmetric method,and the content of serum NE was determined by ELISA method.Results:Compared with the control group,the content of NE enhanced in the noise-exposed group,but the activity of NOS,there was no significantly difference between the two groups.Conclusions:Long-term exposed to noise will effect the bioactivity of NE,and may be an exicition of sympathetic nerve.
