小剂量洗洁精对雄性小鼠生殖功能的影响

目的:对现代生活家庭用品洗洁精的雄性生殖毒理作用进行动物实验研究。方法:2种市售民用洗洁精以1/万、1/10万、1/100万的剂量稀释于NIH小鼠饮水中,连续自由摄取30d,以正常饮水动物为对照组,进行比较分析。结果:2种洗洁精在3个剂量下对动物生长发育和体重、心肝脾肺肾5种器官的组织重量、生殖器官重量和精子运动性、精子数目、精子形态等生殖功能指标、睾丸组织形态学等,均无明显不良影响。结论:2种市售民用洗洁精在本实验剂量条件下无不良雄性生殖毒理作用。

Effect of mini-dose detergent on reproduction system in male mice

Objective：To evaluate the toxic effect of civilian detergent on reproductive physiology in male mice.Methods：Two brands of marketed detergents were used to prepare 0.1‰,0.01‰,and 0.001‰ solutions in warm water,which was taken freely by 10-month male NIH mice for consecutive 30 days.Meanwhile,the male mice drinking clean water served as the control.Results：In all the three concentration groups,no obvious effect for each brand was observed on growth and body weight as well as weight of heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,testis,epididymis and perineum complex.The results of sperm function analysis showed there were no significant differences in mobility,spermatozoa count and morphology.Conclusion：The mini-dose of detergent under the conditions of this experiment has no adverse effect on reproductive toxicity in male mice.
