摘    要: 目的建立测定腺苷蛋氨酸注射用溶剂中赖氨酸含量及有关物质的方法。方法采用DiamonsilTM(钻石)C18ODS柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水-三乙胺(250∶750∶0.1),流速为0.8 mL·min-1,紫外检测波长为210 nm,柱温为30℃。结果在本色谱条件下L-赖氨酸与辅料及溶剂峰分离度符合要求,在300~700 mg·L-1内线性良好(r=0.999 7)。结论测定方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、方法可靠,可作为质量控制方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Lysine and related compounds.METHODS The separation was performed with a DiamonsilTM C18 ODS columon(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) at 30 ℃,and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-triethylamine(250∶750∶0.1) at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.UV detection wavelength was at 210 nm.RESULTS A good linearity was obtained over the range of 300~700 mg·L-1(r=0.999 7).CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and applicable for the quality control of this preparation.
