摘    要:"以问题为基础"(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)的教学法,不同于传统教学中以教师讲授为主体的授课方式,它提倡以学生为主体,以问题为基础的讨论式教学和启发式教学,有利于培养学生缜密思维、独立分析问题和解决问题的能力,提高学生的学习效果和实践技能。影像学科是一门实践性很强的学科,在疾病的诊断中起着十分重要的作用。本文探讨了在医学影像学阅片教学中运用PBL教学法的意义。

Using PBL for reference to carry out medical imaging teaching

Abstract:Problem-based learning(PBL) is different from traditional teaching methods in many ways.PBL is student-centered teaching and is based on a central problem.It is via the students' exploration of the problem by which they increase their knowledge and understanding,rather than solving the actual problem itself.The teaching process includes communication skills,responsibility for learning,and critical thinking,all of which should be helpful to encouraging lifelong professional learning in future doctors.Medical imaging plays great role in disease diagnosis.The effect of PBL on medical imaging teaching is discussed in this paper.
