微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗结石性脓肾的探讨

目的 探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术（m—PCNL）治疗结石性脓肾的安全性和有效性。方法 29例结石性脓肾采用微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗。结果 29例均将肾盂、肾盏漏斗部梗阻的结石取出，达到了通畅引流的目的：一期取净全部结石19例，二期取石10例。其中6例取净，4例仍残余小结石；无大出血和感染性休克等严重并发症；23例获随访1个月-一2年，肾功能均有不同程度恢复。结论 微创经皮肾镜取石术大多数可一期处理梗阻部位结石。使引流通畅。控制感染。最大程度恢复肾功能；安全、有效；结石性脓肾可作保肾治疗。

The Evaluation of the li-eatmeant of calculous pyonephrosis with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithottmy

Objective To assess the safety and feasibility of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(m-PCNL)in treating calculous pyonephrosis.Methods 29 pations with calculous pyonephrosis were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Results The obstructed calculi of 29 cases were pick-out and get a free drain of infected urine,m-PCNL were performed,one section in 19 cases,two section in 10 cases of which 6 were clean.and residual stone in 4 cases and there was no infections shock occur,no blood transfusion.23 cases have been floolw-up for one month to two year.The renal function improved postopeation.Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy is safe and effective in treating calculous pyonephrosis.Calculous pyonephrosis might be saved.
