| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍目前国内应用KTA检测注射用抗茵药物细菌内毒素的研究情况，为同类研究提供参考。方法：依据国内发表的文献资料，对KTA检测注射用抗茵药物细菌内毒素方面的资料加以总结。结果：收集到14个品种KTA检测细菌内毒素的资料。结论：应加强应用KTA检测细菌内毒素方面的研究，使更多品种应用KTA检测细菌内毒素，进一步提高注射用抗茵药物的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To introduce the research of using KTA to analyse for bacterial endotoxins of antibacterial for injection at present,and offer reference for similar research.Methods:We summarize up the data using KTA to analyse for bacterial endotoxins of antibacterial for injection,on the published document and materials at home.Results: 14 variety materials were collected using KTA to analyse for bacterial endotoxins of antibacterial for injection.Conclusion:We should strengthen the research of using KTA to analyse for bacterial endotoxins,make more varieties use KTA to analyse for bacterial endotoxins,and improve the quality of the antibacterial for injection furthermore. |
