轻度认知功能损害患者神经心理学特点初步探讨

目的探讨轻度认知功能损害(MCI)患者神经心理学特点。方法通过随机抽样,选择驻京军队离退休干部124例,分为MCI组(73例)和健康对照组(对照组,51例),分别进行蒙特利尔认知评估表(MoCA)中文版、简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)和画钟测验(CDT)评估。结果 MCI组的MMSE和MoCA总分、MoCA视空间、命名、注意/计算力、语言、抽象能力、延迟回忆分项得分及CDT得分显著低于对照组(P0.01)。结论 MCI患者在视空间功能、命名、注意/计算力、语言、抽象能力及延迟回忆等多方面功能全面受损。

Study on neuropsychologic character of mild cognitive impairment patient

Objective To study the neuropsychologic character of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) patient.Methods Seventy-three patients meeting clinical criteria of MCI and 51 healthy controls were sampled randomly.Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) ,Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) and clock drawing test(CDT) were used for assessing all subjects.Results The scores of MMSE,MoCA,CDT and the subitem scores of MoCA,including visuospatial skill,denomination, calculation,language,abstract ability and delay recall,of MCI group were significantly lower than those of healthy control (P < 0.01).Conclusion Compared with healthy control,the functions, including visuospatial and constructional abilities,denomination,calculation,language,abstract ability and delay recall,of MCI patients were impaired obviously.
