| 摘 要： | 目的利用骶管注射法治疗腰椎间盘突出症，通过随访分析疗效。方法选取32例腰椎间盘突出症病例，用Waits分类法评定疗效。结果疗效优12例，占37．5％，良15例，占46．9%，可4例，占12．5％，差1例，占3．1%，优良率84．4％，总有效率96．9％。结论骶管注射法治疗单纯性腰椎间盘突出症病人有效。

| Abstract: | Objective The treatment of protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc by caudal block . Methods 32 protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc, analysis the treatment effects byWalts. Results excellent 12,37.5%,very good 15,46. 9 %,good 4,12.5 %,no effect 1,3. 1%,preferential rate 84.4%,total effect 96.9%. Conclusion the treatment of protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc by caudal block is a good method. |
