| 摘 要： | 61名乙迁肝患者,桉不同时期,检测SCE、常染色体、HBsAg、抗HBc、肝功能,用螃蜞菊、聚肌胞,螃蜞菊加聚肌分组(每组20人)治疗后,观察染色体的改变。43例健康人作对照。其结果为SCE能敏锐地反映细胞内DNA受损情况,比常染色体、肝功能、HBsAg等检测手段更灵敏、更稳定。亦能了解病情和预后,可作为检测复跳的手段和筛选治疗乙肝的药物。

| Abstract: | SCE, aberration chromosomes and liver function were measured in 61 patients with chromic B-virus hepatitis according to different courses (before treatment and 3,6,12, 18, 24 months after treatment). 43 healthy subjects were used as control. The results showed that SCE could respond sharply to damage of DNA by chronic B-virus hepatitis. SCE was more sensative than aberration chromosomes, liver function and HBsAg. Through SCE, the illness' state, progress, recurrence could be understood, and drugs could be screened. |
