补中益气汤合小柴胡汤治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床观察

目的探讨补中益气汤合小柴胡汤加减治疗慢性疲劳综合征肝郁脾虚证的临床疗效.方法将72例慢性疲劳综合征肝郁脾虚证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予补中益气汤合小柴胡汤加减治疗,对照组给予ATP口服治疗,观察两组治疗后的疗效.结果治疗组总有效率为89.5 %,对照组为26.5%,经统计学检验,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论补中益气汤合小柴胡汤能明显改善慢性疲劳综合征肝郁脾虚证患者的临床症状,提高机体的免疫力.

Clinical Observation of the Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome by Using BuzhongYiqi Decoction in Combination with Xiaochaihu Decoction

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of the combination usage of BuzhongYiqi Decoction (BD) and Xiaochaihu Decoction (XD) in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrom (CFS) manifesting the TCM syndrome of hepatic stagnation and splenic deficiency (HSSD). Method 72 Patients of CFS manifesting HSSD were randomly divided into the treating group and control group. The treating group was given BD in combination with XD, with certain modification of the formulas; the control group was orally given ATP; and the clinical curative effects were observed in both groups. Result The total effective rate was 89.5% in the treating group while that was 26 5% in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two rates ( P <0 05). Conclusion BD in combination with XD can markedly relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients with CFS manifesting HSSD, and raise immune function of the organism, with significant clinical efficacy.
