北京市海淀区婴儿喂养及辅食添加现状调查

摘    要:目的通过了解海淀区婴儿辅食添加喂养现状及知识来源,为进一步加强婴儿营养与喂养工作提供可靠依据。方法研究对象来自2010年5月至2010年8月北京市海淀区妇幼保健院儿童早期发展中心6-12月龄门诊健康检查的婴儿193例,对其母亲进行婴儿喂养现状及辅食添加知识的问卷调查。结果有88.97%婴儿添加了水果或蔬菜,87.05%的婴儿添加了谷类,84.97%的婴儿添加了蛋黄及肉类,随着婴儿年龄的增加,添加率逐渐增高,至12个月龄时,婴儿各类辅食基本添加完成。获取添加辅食的知识来源主要是儿保医护人员。结论目前海淀区参加早期教育的婴儿辅食添加大多能遵循喂养原则,仍有极少部分还不尽合理,辅食添加的知识来源,从儿保医护人员处获取率尚未达百分之百。儿保医护人员仍需努力加强婴儿辅食添加知识普及和技能指导,以望提高婴儿营养与合理喂养的质量。

Abstract:Objective To ascertain the situation of complementary feeding for infants in Haidian District of Beijing and to know where and how parents acquire the knowledge about complementary feeding, so as to provide reliable evidence for strengthening infant nutrition and feeding. Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was carried out in 193 mothers for infants feeding and knowledge on complementary feeding, who took their babies aged 6-12 months for health care in child early development center of Maternal and Children Health Hospital of Haidian District from May to August 2010. Results The survey indicated that there were 88.97% infants with fruits or vegetables, 87.05% with grain foods, and 84.97% with egg and meat. With the increase of infant age, the rate of complementary feeding increased. By the age of 12 month, all kinds of complementary food had almost been added. Parents acquired knowledge on complementary feeding mainly from child health care professionals. Conclusion Most of parents can feed infants scientifically according to feeding principle, but there are very few parents with unreasonable feeding. The acquiring rate of complementary feeding knowledge from child health care professionals is not 100%. Therefore, child health care professionals should continue strengthening propaganda and guidance on complementary feeding, so that infant nutrition and the quality of reasonable feeding can be improved.
