| 摘 要： | 气质是人与生俱有的心理活动的动力特点，其发展对儿童的个性和心理行为有着深远的影响，在儿童成长过程中如何扬长避短是家长和教育者共同关心的问题。该文对气质的相关理论、气质的影响因素、气质评估在儿童保健领域中的应用研究进行了综述，旨在指导服务于儿童的医务人员在诊疗活动中注意儿童气质，帮助家长更为全面地了解儿童心理行为方式，调整不良的教养方式，制定诊疗方案和干预措施，提高依从性和诊疗效果。

| Abstract: | Temperament is nude dynamic characteristics of psychological activities, which has profound impact on children＇s personality and psychological behaviors. How to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses is the common concern of parents and educators. In this paper, the related theory of temperament, influencing factors of temperament and application of temperament assessment in child care field were reviewed, aiming to guide children＇ s medical staff considering children＇ s temperament in medical activities, help parents understand children＇s psychological behavior more comprehensively, adjust poor upbringing, make diagnosis and treatment scheme, and improve compliance and diagnosis and treatment effect. |
