摘    要:目的探讨p57和p53在完全性葡萄胎(CHM)、部分性葡萄胎(PHM)和水肿性流产(HA)中的表达及意义。方法收集cHM25例、PHM21例、HA20例,应用免疫组化EnVision法检测p57和p53的表达。结果p57在CHM、PHM、HA的阳性率分别为4.0%、90.5%和95.0%,p57在cHM的表达明显低于PHM和HA(χ2值分别为34.730、37.265,均P〈0.01),而在PHM与HA的表达差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。p53在CHM、PHM、HA的阳性率分别为84.0%、61.9%和15.0%,p53在HA的表达明显低于PHM和CHM(χ2值分别为9.471、21.254,均P〈0.01),而在PHM与cHM的表达差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论1957可作为CHM与PHM、HA鉴别的有用指标.对1957均表达的PHM与HA的鉴别,p53可有一定的帮助.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expressions of p57 and p53 in complete hydatidiform mole (CHM), partial hydatidiform mole (PHM) and hydropic abortuses (HA) and their significance. Methods Inmmnohistochemical staining (EnVision method) was performed to detect the expression of p57 and p53 in 25 cases of CHM, 21 cases of PHM and 20 cases of HA. Results The positive rate of p57 in CHM, PHM and HA was 4.0%, 90.5% and 95.0%, respectively. The expression of p57 was significantly lower in CHM than in PHM and HA (χ2 value was 34. 730 and 37. 265, respectively, both P 〈0.01 ). There was no significant difference between PHM and HA (P 〉 0.05). The positive rate of p53 in CHM, PHM and HA was 84.0% , 61.9% and 15.0% , respectively. The expression of p53 was significantly lower in HA than in PHM and CHM (χ2 value was 9. 471 and 21. 254, respectively, both P 〈0.01 ). There was no significant difference between PHM and CHM ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion P57 can be considered as a useful index in differential diagnosis of CHM from PHM and HA. P53 may be helpful in distinguishing HA from PHM when p53 is expressed.
