Leep刀治疗重度宫颈糜烂47例对妊娠和分娩的影响

目的探讨经Leep刀治疗宫颈糜烂后是否对妊娠分娩方式存在影响。方法选择98例足月妊娠孕妇作为研究对象，分为两组，研究组47例为曾接受Leep刀治疗宫颈糜烂且痊愈的足月妊娠分娩孕妇，选取同期51例正常足月妊娠分娩孕妇为对照组，对两组的分娩方式和妊娠结局进行分析总结。结果曾接受宫颈Leep刀治疗的足月妊娠分娩患者在分娩方式方面与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（χ2=1．462，P〉0．05）。结论Leep刀治疗宫颈糜烂后对宫颈机能无明显影响，其操作简单、成本低、治愈率高，对患者妊娠后分娩结局无影响，可广泛应用。

Impact of Leep knife treatment of cervical erosion on pregnancy outcomes and delivery in 47 cases

Objective To explore whether Leep knife treatment of cervical erosion affect delivery mode. Methods Totally 98 cases of term pregnant women were included in research. They were divided into two groups： the experimental group consisting of 47 term pregnant women receiving Leep knife treatment of cervical erosion and the control group consisting of 51 normal term pregnant women at the same period. Delivery mode and pregnancy outcomes of two groups were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in delivery mode between normal controls and term pregnant women receiving Leep knife treatment of cervical erosion （χ2 = 1. 462, P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion There is no significant influence on cervical function after Leep knife treatment of cervical erosion. Leep knife treatment is simple, low cost and high curative without influence on pregnancy outcomes, and it can be widely applied.
