提升急诊科护士急救技能的做法与体会

目的探讨急救技能培训对提高急诊科护士的急救技能和业务水平的效果。方法对急诊科在岗护士进行急救技能和理论知识的专科培训。结果通过对急诊护士的专科培训，急诊护士的急救技能和业务水平得到明显提高，抢救成功率明显上升，病人满意度提高。结论开展系统有效的专科培训是提高急诊科护士整体素质和急救能力、提高危重病人抢救成功率的必要手段。

Ways and Experience to Improve First-aid Skills for Nurses Working at Emergency Department

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of training of first-aid skills in improving the first-aid skills and professional level of emergency nurses. Methods The emergency nurses received professional training on first-aid skills and theoretic knowledge. Results After training, first-aid skills and professional level of emergency nurses significantly improved and the success rate of first-aid and patients＇ degree of satisfaction increased. Conclusion Systemic and effective professional training is the essential method to improve the emergency nurses＇ capabilities and the success rate of first-aid.
