| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中药鱼腥草注射液穴位注射加庆大霉素灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法 将120例符合慢性盆腔炎诊断的病人随机分两组。对照组用抗生素静滴加口服中成药治疗，观察组采用中药鱼腥蜡注射液穴位注射加庆大霉素灌肠治疗。分别观察两组治疗前后的临床疗效。结果 观察组与对照组比较，差异有显著意义（P＜0．05）。结论 中药鱼腥草注射液穴位注射加大庆大霉素灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎是一种疗效较好的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of herba houttuyniae injection in teating chronic pelvic inflammatory.Methods One hundred and twenty cases were divided into two groups.Sixty cases were treated with herba houttuyniae injection by point injection puls gendamycin by enteroclysis.The other 60 cases were treated with chinese medicinel plus antibiotic as control.Results The therapeutic effect in the observed group were superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of herba houttuyniae injection by point injection plus gendamycin by enteroclysis in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory has good effect. |
