女性慢性荨麻疹患者血清性激素水平的研究

目的:探讨女性慢性荨麻疹患者血清性激素水平的改变及与发病的关系。方法:采用放射免疫分析法,对45例女性慢性荨麻疹患者性激素水平进行测定,并以30例健康女性作为对照。结果:研究组睾酮、黄体生成素明显高于对照组(P<0.01),孕酮明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:女性原因不明慢性荨麻疹患者的发病可能与血清性激素水平有关,对使用常规治疗效果不佳的患者可以根据性激素水平给予对应治疗。

Study of serum sex hormone levels in female chronic urticaria patients

Objective:To investigate the relation between serum sex hormone levels and chronic urticaria in female patients with chronic urticaria. Methods: Serum sex hormone levels of 45 female chronic urticaria patients were detected by radioimmunoassay method while 30 normal females were being observed as control at the same time. Results: Serum levels of testosterone and luteinizing hormone in patient group were obviously higher than those in control group (P < 0. 01 ) , and serum level of progesterone in patient group was much lower than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusions: Serum sex hormone levels are probably responsible for Chronic urticaria with unclear reasons in females. It is possible to give the corresponding therapy to the patients having dissatisfied effect according to their sex hormone levels after giving routine therapy.
