摘 要: | 目的:探讨用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸利多卡因注射液含量的色谱条件。方法:分别用硅胶柱和ODS柱采用不同的流动相对色谱峰及测定结果进行考察。结果:用硅胶柱,线性范围:3.44~34.36mg/ml(n=7),回收率:100.09±0.42%(n=5);用ODS柱,线性范围:8.59~51.54mg/ml(n=6),回收率为99.93±0.22%(n=5)。结论:用ODS柱测定盐酸利多卡因注射液的含量测定,比用硅胶往更简便,快速,且峰形较原方法大大改善。

Abstract: | Objective: To study the chromatogram condition of determination of lidocaine hydrochloride injection by HPLC;Method: To study chromatogram peak and the result with the silica gel column and ODS column with different mobile phase;Results: The liner range was 3.44-34.36mg/ml(n=7)and the recovery was 100.09±0.42%(n=5) with the silica gel column;the liner range was 8.59-51.54mg/ml(n=6) and the recovery was 99.93±0.22%(n=5)with ODS column;ConcIusion:It was more quicker,simpler than with silica gel column that detemination of lidocaine hydrochloride injection with ODS column by HPLC. |
