| Abstract: | The results of surgical treatment of 397 cases with esophageal carcinoma and 136 cases with cardiac cancer from December,1959 to December,1994 are evaluated.This paper reported a new technique of esophagectomy.The diagnosis and perioperative management were emphatically discussed. |
