临床医学专业微生物与免疫学考试试卷分析与思考

目的为了客观地评价教学质量和教学效果,发现教学过程中的薄弱环节以及存在的问题。方法对我校2005级临床医学应用技术学院本科1-2班微生物与免疫学97份试卷中抽样86份进行了统计分析。结果考试成绩基本呈正态分布,平均分为63.4分,标准差为12.1,难度为0.63,区分度为0.27。结论本试卷较全面地反映了学生对本门课程的掌握程度,区分度尚可,但14道客观题难度偏低,而主观题难度适中。针对分析结果,今后应适当增加客观题难度比例,根据考试结果反映出的问题调整教学,不断改进教学方法,进一步提高试卷质量。

Analysis and Reflections of the Test Paper on Microbiology and Immunology in Clinical Medicine

Objective To objectively evaluate the quality and results of teaching and detect weakness and problems in teaching.Methods We made an analysis of 86 samples test papers from 97 ones on microbiology and immunology of clinical medicine of Classes 1 and 2,year 2005,of the School of Applied Technology.Results The exam scores had normal distribution,with the mean being 63.4 points,the standard deviation being 12.1,the degree of difficulty being 0.63,and the differentiation being 0.27.Conclusion The test paper comprehensively reflected the students' mastery of this course,with fair differentiation.However,14 objective questions were relatively easy and the difficulty degree of the subjective questions was reasonable.In view of the analysis results,we will increase the difficulty of the subjective questions.We will accordingly adjust the teaching arrangement on the basis of the examination results,and improve teaching methods and further enhance the quality of test papers.
