| 摘 要： | 目的:总结成人型主动脉缩窄的外科治疗经验。方法:自2007年2月至2007年6月,我们采用胸-腹主动脉转流治疗5例成人型主动脉弓缩窄。结果:本组患者无手术死亡及严重并发症。术后上肢血压明显下降,上下肢血压差由术前平均72 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)降至-4 mmHg。未见人工血管并发症。结论:成人型主动脉缩窄手术治疗效果满意;手术方式的选择应根据病变的具体情况和术者经验而定;胸-腹主动脉转流术是一种安全有效的治疗方式。

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the experiences of surgical treatment of adults aortic coarctation.Method：From Feb 2007 to Jun 2007, 5 adult＇s eoarctation patients accepted surgical treatment with ascending aorta to abdominal aorta bypass. Result： There was no hospital mortality and hard complication. The blood pressure of upper extremity was decreased than before. Gradients ranged from 72 mmHg to - 4 mmHg. No graft- related complication was observed. Conclusion： 1. There is good surgical result for adults aortic coaretation. 2. The type of surgical procure depend on the surgeon and the coarctation. 3. Ascending aorta to abdominal aorta bypass is safe and effective treatment. |
