| 摘 要： | 目的建立跌倒管理流程，降低住院患者跌倒的发生率。方法子2005年建立并实施高危跌倒筛查-高危跌倒预报-护理质量三级考评的跌倒管理流程。结果住院患者跌倒发生率明显降低（P〈0．01），护理人员预防跌倒的意识提高。结论跌倒管理流程的实施能有效降低住院患者跌倒的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method for reducing the incidence of accidental tumbling of the inpatients.Methods A management system of patient tumbling was established and implemented in 2005,which included evaluations of high-risk factor screening,prediction,and nursing quality.Results The incidence of patient tumbling was significantly reduced(P<0.01) and nurses' awareness of patient tumbling prevention was improved after implementation of the management system.Conclusion The management system for patient tumbling control can effectively reduce the incidence of patient tumbling in hospital. |
