老年妇科疾病89例临床分析

目的 :探讨老年妇科疾病的防治措施。方法 :根据老年妇科疾病病种分类、临床表现、恶性肿瘤分类 ,分析 1996年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 6月我院住院老年妇科疾病患者 89例的临床资料。结果 :老年妇科疾病以生殖道肿瘤最多 ,占 65 .17% ,生殖道陈旧性创伤性疾病占 17.98% ,非肿瘤性异常子宫出血性疾病占 8.99% ,生殖道炎症占 7.87%。恶性肿瘤患者占全部老年患者的 35 .96% ,其中卵巢癌占首位 ,其余依次为子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌、外阴癌。结论 :定期普查、早期诊断和积极治疗可提高老年妇女的健康水平

Clinical analysis of 89 patients with elderly women gynecopathy

Objective: It is to investigate the preventive measure of elderly women gynecopathy. Methods: According to the diseases classification of elderly women gynecopathy, clinical manifestation and the classification of genital malignancies, the clinical dates of 89 patients with elderly women gynecopathy in our hospital from January of 1996 to June of 2000 were analyzed. Results: The genital neoplasm was the most common disease (65.17%) in the elderly women gynecopathy. The second was the old genital laceration (17.98%). The next was postmenopausl bleeding (8.99%) (not including neoplasms) and the genital inflammation (7.87%). The rate of the genital malignancies was 35.96%, and the first was ovarian malignancies. The next was carcinoma of endometrium, carcinoma of cervix uteri and vulvar malignant tumor. Conclusion: The periodic screening, early diagnosis and active treatment can improve the health level of the elderly women.
