后巩膜裂伤的玻璃体手术疗效分析

目的:探讨后巩膜裂伤患者的手术疗效和手术时间、手术方法的关系。方法:对我院1998/2005的106例(106眼)后巩膜裂伤的患者进行回顾性分析。结果:患者在伤后2wk内就诊者66例(66眼),其中54例(54眼)患者术后视力有进步。有24例(24眼)患者在伤后14～21d时来诊,其中只有10例(10眼)患者视力有所恢复。而有16例(16眼)患者在受伤后21d以上来诊,视力均较差,只有5例(5眼)患者视力有轻微进步。106例患者中74例患者行玻璃体切割术,53例患者术后视力提高,3例患者最后行眼球摘除术。其余32例患者中,9例行眼球摘除术。结论:后巩膜裂伤患者要及时就诊,玻璃体切割手术是挽救视力,保存眼球的关键。

Effect of vitrectomy on posterior scleral rupture

AIM: To evaluate the relationships of the opreation time, means and the operative effect on patients with posterior scleral rupture. METHODS: A retrospective study was done on 106 patients (106 eyes) with posterior scleral rupture who visited our hospital in 1998/2005. RESULTS:Sixty-six patients (66 eyes) visited our hospital in 2wk after injury, and 54 patients (54 eyes) of them had an improvement in visual acuity; 24 patients (24 eyes) visited our hospital in 14 to 21d after being injured and 10 patients (10 eyes) of them had an improvement in visual acuity;16 patients (16 eyes ) visited our hospital more than 21d after injury, and only 5 patients (5 eyes) had an little improvement in visual acuity. Of all the 106 patients, 74 patients had vitrectomy; of the 74 patients 54 patients had an improvement in visual acuity and 3 patients had ophthalmectomy; of the other 32 patients 9 had ophthalmectomy. CONCLUSION: The patients with posterior scleral rupture should visit the hospital in time; and the vitectomy is of great impotence to save the visual acuity and the eyeball.
