针药结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的观察针刺结合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各60例；治疗组采用针刺结合中药治疗，对照组采用中药治疗，疗程28天。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后腰腿痛VAS评分和起效时间等。结果治疗组总有效率为88．3％，对照组为73．3％；两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后两组腰腿痛VAS评分较治疗前明显减少（P〈0．05），且治疗组低于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组的起效时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0．05）。结论针药结合能提高腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效，缩短起效时间。

Clinical observation of acupuncture and herbs in treating lumbar disc herniation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and herbs in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation（LDH）. Methods One hundred and twenty subjects were randomized into two groups： treatumnt group in which 60 cases were treated by acupuncture and herbs and control group in which 60 cases were treated by simple herbs, with a course of 28 days. The clinical efficacy, VAS and working time were observed. Results The overall effective rate was 88.3 % in the treatment group and 73.3 % in the control group, with better efficacy in the treatment group than in the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the VAS was reduced in both groups（P 〈0.05） , with more significant reduction in the treatment group than in the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. The working time was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture helps improving lumbar disc herniation and works faster.
