中医不寐五神分型与睡眠进程参数的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨失眠症中医不寐五神分型与睡眠进程参数的关系,为中医不寐五神分型法提供量化依据。方法筛选符合失眠症诊断标准且资料完整的病例125例,根据中医不寐五神分型法进行分型(组),运用多导睡眠检测仪对其睡眠进程参数进行监测。结果心不藏神组总睡眠时间多于肾不藏志组(P〈0.05),觉醒次数及睡眠觉醒时间多于肝不藏魂组(P〈0.01);肝不藏魂组总睡眠时间多于肾不藏志组(P〈0.01),觉醒次数少于心不藏神组(P〈0.01)、脾不藏意组(P〈0.01)、肺不藏魄组(P〈0.01),睡眠觉醒时间少于心不藏神组(P〈0.01)及肾不藏志组(P〈0.01);脾不藏意组睡眠潜伏期时间多于肺不藏魄组(P〈0.05),总睡眠时间多于肾不藏志组(P〈0.01),觉醒次数多于肝不藏魂组(P〈0.01);肺不藏魄组睡眠潜伏期时间少于脾不藏意组(P〈0.05)、肾不藏志组(P〈0.05),总睡眠时间多于肾不藏志组(P〈0.01),觉醒次数多于肝不藏魂组(P〈0.01),睡眠觉醒时间少于肾不藏志组(P〈0.05);肾不藏志组睡眠潜伏期时间多于肺不藏魄组(P〈0.05),总睡眠时间少于心不藏神组(P〈0.05)、肝不藏魂组(P〈0.01)、脾不藏意组(P〈0.01)、肺不藏魄组(P〈0.01),睡眠觉醒时间多于肝不藏魂组(P〈0.01)、肺不藏魄组(P〈0.05)。结论失眠症中医不寐五神分型与睡眠结构参数存在相关性,肾不藏志组总睡眠时间最少,提示肾不藏志组的多导睡眠图表现与其主症符合。

Abstract:Objective To provide quantitative evidence for types of insomnia by discussing the relationship between five-spirit-typing method and the sleeping . Methods One hundred and twenty-five cases were screened and divided into groups by polysomnography deteetion instrument, and the parameters of sleeping process were detected. Results In the heart group, the total sleeping time was longer than the kidney group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the awake times and awake minutes were more than liver group (P 〈 0. O1 ) ; in the liver group, the total sleeping time was longer than the kidney group (P 〈 O. 01 ), and the awake times was less than the heart group (P 〈 0.01 ), spleen group (P 〈 0.01 ), lung group (P 〈 0. O1 ), and the total-awake minutes was less than heart group (P 〈 0.01 ) and kidney group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; in the spleen group, the sleeping latency time was longer than the lung group ( P 〈 O. 05 ), and the total sleeping time was longer than the kidney group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ,it' s all-night-awake times was more than the liver group ( P 〈 0. O1 ) ; in lung group, the sleeping latency time was shorter than spleen group ( P 〈 0.05 ) and kidney group ( P 〈 O. 05 ) , it' s total sleeping time was more than kidney group ( P 〈 0.01 ) , it' s awake times was more than liver group ( P 〈 0.01 ) , it' s total awake minutes was less than kidney group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; in kidney group, the sleeping latency time was longer than lung group ( P 〈 0.05 ), it' s total sleeping time was shorter than heart group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ,liver group ( P 〈 0.01 ), spleen group ( P 〈 0.01 ) and lung group ( P 〈 0.01 ), it' s total-awake minutes was more than liver group ( P 〈 0.01 ) and lung group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion There is a correlation between the five types of insomnia and the parameters of sleeping process, and the parameters can be used as a reference index for the five types of insomnia in Chinese medicine.
