高血压合并糖尿病不同中医证型与心脏脚踝脉搏指数的相关性研究

目的探讨高血压合并糖尿病不同中医证型与心脏脚踝脉搏指数（CAVI）的关系。方法选择合并糖尿病的高血压病例100例,同期选择单纯的原发性高血压病例44例;比较高血压合并糖尿病与单纯原发性高血压CAVI差异,对于糖尿病合并高血压病例,观察其实证（痰瘀证）与虚证（非痰瘀证）以及痰湿证、血瘀证、气阴两虚证、阴虚火旺证各证型之间CAVI的差异。结果合并糖尿病的高血压患者的CAVI明显高于单纯原发性高血压（P〈0.05）;合并糖尿病的高血压痰瘀证患者CAVI较非痰瘀证患者明显升高（P〈0.05）,不同中医证型的CAVI差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,其中痰湿证最高,阴虚火旺最低。结论 CAVI对于合并糖尿病的高血压患者的中医辨证具有一定的参考价值。

Relationship between cardio ankle vascular index and TCM syndromes in hypertension with diabetes

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of relationship between cardio ankle vascular index （CAVI） and TCM syndromes in hypertension with diabetes. Methods One hundred cases with hypertension and diabetes and 44 cases with primary hypertension were recruited. The CAVI of them were compared. The CAVI of hypertension combined with diabetes were detected in different syndromes ： excess syndrome, deficiency syndrome, phlegm-damp syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, qi and yin deficiency syndrome, hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency syndrome. Results The CAVI of the combined hypertension and diabetes was higher than the primary hypertension （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the CAVI of phlegm-stasis syndrome was higher than the non-phlegm-stasis syndrome （ P 〈 0.05 ）, with significant difference among different syndromes （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The CAVI was highest in phlegm-damp syndrome and lowest in hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency syndrome. Conclusion CAV1 has significance for syndrome differentiation of hypertension with diabetes.
