苍术薄层色谱指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的建立中药苍术的薄层色谱指纹图谱。方法采用硅胶GF254预制板以及硅胶HSGF254预制板,控制室内温度25℃、相对湿度53%,展开剂组成为甲苯-乙酸乙酯(7∶1),紫外光(254 nm)下观察荧光猝灭斑点。用薄层色谱视频摄像系统拍摄图像,并自动生成色谱轮廓扫描图谱,同时获得积分数据。并对收集的10批药材样品在同一薄层板上平行分析比较。结果不同地区的10批苍术药材的薄层色谱指纹图谱有共同的特征荧光色谱图像。结论苍术的薄层色谱指纹图谱可作为其指纹特征。

Abstract:Objective To establish the thin-layer chromatographic(TLC) fingerprint of Rhizoma Atractylodis.Methods Use silica gel HSGF254 and GF254,the indoor temperature is 25 ℃,relative humidity 53%,developing agent composition for toluene-ethyl acetate(7 ∶1),and the fluorescent quenching spots were observed under UV(254 nm).By TLC picture pick-up system,the fingerprint was scanned and the data was acquired.Ten batches of samples in the same thin-layer plate were parallel analyzed and compared.Results The TLC fingerprint of 10 batches of Rhizoma Atractylodis collected from different regions had common characteristics of fluorescence image.Conclusion The TLC fingerprint can be used as a unique fingerprint characteristics of Rhizoma Atractylodis.
