艾条温和灸促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的疗效分析

目的观察艾条温和灸促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合及防治术后并发症的临床疗效。方法将80例肛周脓肿术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。两组术后均常规治疗，并以祛毒汤冲洗脓腔，治疗组同时予创面温和灸；观察两组创面愈合时间及术后疼痛、水肿等并发症情况。结果与对照组比较，温和灸组创面愈合时间明显缩短（P〈0．05），术后疼痛、水肿评分均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论温和灸能显著缩短肛周脓肿术后创面愈合时间，减轻术后疼痛、水肿等并发症。

Curative effect analysis on gentle stick moxibustion for wound healing of postoperative perianal abscess

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of gentle stick moxibustion to promote wound healing and to prevent postoperative complications. Methods Eighty cases were randomized into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The cases in each group were treated by routine treatment and ＂Qudu Decoction＂, and the cases in treatment group were treated by gentle stick moxibustion additionally. The healing time, postoperative pain, edema and other complications were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the wound healing time was shortened in treatment group （ P 〈 0, 05 ）. The scores of postoperative pain and edema were lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The gentle stick moxibustion can shorten the wound healing time, alleviate the postoperative pain, relieve the edema and other complications markedly.
