中药穴位敷贴结合常规疗法治疗痰热闭肺型儿童支气管肺炎疗效观察

目的观察中药穴位敷贴治疗痰热闭肺型儿童支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照方法将106例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组（各53例）;对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上结合中药穴位敷贴。治疗后观察两组患儿临床症状及体征改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为98.11%,对照组为84.91%;治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组发热、痰鸣等症状体征消失时间均短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论中药穴位敷贴可提高儿童支气管肺炎的临床疗效,显著改善症状和体征。

Clinical observation of herbal acupoint application and routine modality in treating childhood alevobronchiolitis of phlegm-heat retention in lungs

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herbal acupoint application in the treatment of childhood alevobronchiolitis of phlegm-heat retention in lungs. Methods One hundred and six subjects were randomized into two groups： control group in which 53 cases were treated by routine modality and treatment group in which 53 cases were treated by routine modality and herbal acnpoint application. After treatment, the clinical efficacy and symptoms were observed. Results The overall effective rate was 98.11% in the treatment group and 84.91% in the control group, with better efficacy in the treatment group than in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; such symptoms as fever and wheezing were improved faster in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Herbal aeupoint application helps childhood alevobronchiolitis of phlegm-heat retention in lungs and improves its signs and symptoms.
