胆维他治疗慢性酒精中毒的临床观察

目的 探讨胆维他对慢性酒精中毒的治疗价值。寻找一种安全有效的戒毒方法。方法 40例慢性酒精中毒患者采用逐渐断酒，对症处理及药物胆维他等解毒治疗，并与用佳静安定替代治疗的病例对照比较。结果 解毒组与对照组总体疗效相近，但前者副反应较少，肝功能改善好。结论 胆维他可用于慢性酒精中毒的治疗。特别适用于伴有肝脏损害（如酒精性肝病）患者，是一种安全有效的解毒药物。

Clinical Observation of the Therapeutic Effects of Trithione w ith Alprazolam in Treating Alcoholism

Objective To investigate the value of trithione in the treatment of alcoholism. Methods The parallel control method was used. One group of the alcoholics received the treatment of Trithione to abstain from the alcohol and the other group of the patients alprazolam to replace alcohol. All the patients abstained from alcohol step by step and antipsychotics (chlorpromazine) was given if necessary. Results The therapeutic effects in the Trithione or alprazolam treated groups were similar. However, Trithione had less side effects and benefited to the hepatic function improvement of the patients. Conclusion Trithione was effective and safe to treat alcoholism, especially to those with injured hepatic function.
