| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁瘀积症(intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,ICP)与人类白细胞抗原-DQA1(human leucocyte antigen-DQA1,HLA-DQA1)等位基因多态性的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)法研究遵义地区11例ICP孕妇和7例正常孕妇的HLA-DQA1基因的多态性。结果:所有标本共检出11种HLA-DQA1基因表型,ICP患者HLA-DQA1?0302基因频率高于正常孕妇(38.09%与14.28%),但二者差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:HLA-DQA1等位基因可能与遵义地区ICP的发病无明显关联性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between human leucocyte antigen-DQA1 Polymorphism distribution in intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods:The HLA-DQA1 typing were analyzed using polymerase chain reaction with sequence-specific primer(PCR-SSP)in 11 patients and 7 healthy pregnant women.Results:The analysis showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:It is unlikely that an HLA-DQA1 allele is primarily associated with susceptibility or resistance to ICP in Zunyi district. |
