不同方法加工杭白芍的芍药苷含量和FTIR光谱特征

摘    要: 目的检测不同方法加工杭白芍的芍药苷含量及其FTIR光谱,为杭白芍的科学加工提供资料。方法用HPLC测定芍药苷含量,傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析FTIR光谱。结果不同方法加工杭白芍样品的芍药苷含量:传统去皮煮制为1.150%;连皮煮制后去皮和有皮分别为1.544%和1.439%;连皮蒸制后去皮和有皮分别为2.078%和1.689%;先去皮和有皮再蒸制分别为1.912%和1.750%;生晒后去皮和有皮分别为1.492%和1.233%。煮制、蒸制、去皮和不去皮等不同方法组合加工杭白芍的FTIR光谱基本相似,但各种特征吸收峰的波数略有不同。结论蒸制加工有利于提高杭白芍的芍药苷含量,而加工方法不影响杭白芍的FTIR光谱。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To examine the paeoniflorin(PF) content and FTIR spectra of White Peony Root from different processes and provide informations for the process of White Peony Root.METHODS The PF content was detected by HPLC and FTIR spectra was analyzed with Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.RESULTS The PF content of White Peony Root by the hereditary processing was 1.150%.After being decocted,the PF contents in the peeled and no-peeled samples were 1.544% and 1.439% respectively.After being braised,the PF contents in the peeled and no-peeled samples were 2.078% and 1.689% respectively.But the PF contents in the peeled and no-peeled samples before being braised were(1.912%) and 1.750%,respectively.After being dried,the PF contents in the peeled and no-peeled samples were 1.492% and 1.233% respectively.The FTIR spectra of White Peony Root wasn't affected by different processes, but the wave numbers of absorption bands weren't all the same.CONCLUSION The PF content of White Peony Root could be increased by braising proceses,and the process does not influence the FTIR spectra.
