静脉高营养治疗骶骨肿瘤术后脑脊液漏的临床观察

摘    要:目的骶骨肿瘤术后发生脑脊液漏患者行肠内营养(EN)及肠内+肠外营养(EN+PN)对营养代谢、切口愈合及术后并发症发生率的影响。方法将30例骶骨肿瘤术后脑脊液漏患者随机分为2组(EN+PN组、EN组),采用不同的营养支持方法直至术后第7d。观察各组患者术后营养代谢指标、消化道反应、感染发生率、切口愈合情况及住院时间。结果术后营养代谢指标及消化道反应发生率EN+PN组和EN组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),切口感染发生率、切口愈合时间及住院时间EN+PN组少于EN组(P〈0.05)。结论静脉高营养支持治疗有助于骶骨肿瘤术后脑脊液漏患者切口愈合、缩短住院时间、减少并发症发生。

Clinical observation of effect of parenteral hyperalimentation in leakage of cerebrospinal of sacral tumors patients after operation

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of parenteral nutrition and enteral nutrition ( EN + PN ), and enteral nutrition(EN) in postoperative sacral tumors patients of leakage of cerebrospinal on metabolism and wound healing and the incidence of postoperative complications. Methods Thirty leakage of cerebrospinal patients with sacral tumors resection were randomly divided into two groups (EN + PN group and EN group). All two groups were given different nutritional support from the first postoperative day to the 7th postoperative day. The postoperative metabolism, the reaction of digestive tract, the incidence of infection, wound healing and length of hospitalstay were observed. Results The postoperative metabolism and the reaction of digestive tract in EN + PN group and EN group were similar( P 〉 0. 05 ), the incidence of infection, wound healing time and length of hospital stay in EN + PN group was significantly shorter than those the EN group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Postoperative parenteral hyperalimentation is beneficial for leakage of cerebrospinal sacral tumors patients in terms of wound healing, shorter postoperative hospital stay and lower complication.
