改良B—Lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性出血

目的探讨剖宫产孕妇因宫缩乏力出现产后出血的患者应用改良B-Lynch缝合术治疗的临床疗效。方法选择商丘市妇幼保健院2009年3月至2013年6月收治的因剖宫产出现宫缩乏力性产后出血的患者101例，根据处理方式的不同随机分为对照组50例和观察组51例，对照组患者采用纱条填塞法等传统疗法进行治疗；观察组采用改良B-Lynch缝合术进行治疗。结果对照组患者治疗总有效率为76．00％；观察组患者为94．12％两组治疗效果组间比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。观察组患者无子宫切除者，对照组患者3例子宫切除（6．00％），观察组手术时间、平均术中出血量和术后24h出血量均明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论改良B-Lynch缝合术应用于剖宫产手术出现的宫缩乏力性产后出血止血效果好，操作简单，是行之有效的治疗方法。

Conclusion The modified B - Lynch suture used in cesarean uterine surgery appears postpartum hemorrhage hemostatic effect, simple operation, is an effective method of treat- ment.
