矮身材儿童青春期早发育的干预观察

目的观察矮身材青春期早发育（EP）女童的促性腺激素释放激素类似物（GnRha）治疗效果。方法对23例矮小EP女童，观察用GnRha治疗前后与特发性中枢性性早熟（ICPP）儿童生长指标对比分析，了解矮小EP女童进行GnRha治疗的效果。结果ICPP和EP治疗结束时的BASDS／HSDS明显减少，BA／CA比值呈下降趋势，TH／PAH明显增大，PAHSDS负值缩小，从治疗终点到月经初潮恢复时间观察没有统计学差异。结论矮身材EP女童经GnRha治疗2年后身高明显提高，停药后性发育恢复良好，与ICPP组相似。

Observation of intervention on children with short stature and puberty early

Objective To observe the treatment of GnRha in children with short stature and puberty （EP）. Methods Twenty - three cases of children with short stature and EP. We analyzed the differences of children with idiopathic central precocious puberty （ICPP） and EP after treatment with GnRha through several indexes. Results The ratio of bone age SDS with height SDS decreased remarkedly at the end of treatment of GnRha. ,while BA/CA declined. TH/PAH increased significantly, PAHSDS negative reduced. There was no statistically significant difference from the end of therapy to menarche between the two groups. Conclusion The height of girls with short stature and early puberty could increase after 2 years of treatment with GnRha, which is similar with ICPP group.
