摘    要:目的分析并总结伤后早期(小于24h)采用微创锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的适应症及临床效果。方法回顾伤后早期采用微创锁定钢板内固定治疗的老年股骨粗隆间骨折39例,观察术后患者的并发症、功能恢复、骨折愈合情况及住院及出院1年的生存情况。结果所有患者切口均I期愈合。术后5例患者出现坠积性肺炎等早期并发症,住院期间无死亡病例。所有患者均得到随访,随访时间为13~25个月,平均17.4个月,所有患者于术后3~5个月骨折愈合,手术优良率为89.7%。结论老年人创伤后后早期选择微创技术进行手术治疗,可减少住院期间并发症的发生,缩短了住院及康复时间,降低了风险,临床疗效满意。

Analysis of clinical effects of treatment for the senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture using minimally invasive surgery early after injury

Abstract:Objective To analyze and summarize the indications and clinical effects of treatment for the senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture using minimally iuvasive locking plate early after injury ( 〈 24h). Methods Study retrospec- tively the 39 cases of the senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture using minimally invasive locking plate early after injury between July 2012 and May 2010, and observe complications, functional recovery, fracture healing rate and survival rate 1 year after admission or discharge of the postoperative patients. Results All patients obtained first intention of incision. Hypostatic pneumonia and some complications else in 5 cases. No deaths occurred during hospitalization. All patients were followed up and the follow - up time is 13 - 25 months with an average of 17.4 months. All patients acquired fracture healing in 3 - 5 months and the good rate was 89.7%. Conclusion The treatment for the senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture using minimally invasive techniques early after injury can reduce complications during hospitalization, shorten the hospitalization and recovery time, reduce the risk and obtain satisfactory clinical effect.
