| 摘 要： | 目的研究紧密连接蛋白CLDN1在人肝细胞肝癌（human hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC）组织中的表达及其意义。方法收集郑州人民医院肝胆胰脾、肝移植病区及郑州颐和医院普外科2012年至2013年手术切除的HCC组织标本60例和正常肝组织50例，采用免疫组织化学染色检测CLDN1的表达。结果CLDN1在HCC组织中的阳性表达率为70％（42／60），CLDN1的表达与患者年龄、性别、血液AFP浓度无关（P〉0．05），与肿瘤分化程度无关（P〉0．05）。CLDN1在正常肝组织中低表达（0／50）。结论肝癌细胞表面存在CLDN1的异常高表达。推测CLDNI表达上调能够促进肝细胞肝癌的发生发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of CLDN1 in human hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemieal method was used to detect the expressions of CLDN1 in both hepatoeellular carcinoma tissues and normal liver tissues （ HCC 60 cases and control group 50 cases）. Results The positive rate of CLDN1 expression in HCC tissues was 70% （42/60）. The positive rate of CLDN1 expression in normal livers was 0（0/50）. The expression of CLDN1 has no relationship with the age,sex, AFP and degree of tumor differentiation of the patients with HCC. Conclusion The expression of CLDN1 in HCC is abnormal. The expression of CLDN1 in HCC is over expressed. Abnormal expression of CLDN1 in HCC may promote the development and progression of HCC. |
