CT引导下经皮肺部肿瘤穿刺活检120例结果分析

目的探讨CT引导下经皮肺部肿瘤穿刺活检的临床应用价值。方法搜集120例CT引导下经皮肺部肿瘤穿刺活检所得组织学及细胞学检查结果进行回顾性分析，探讨其敏感性。结果120例患者中，恶性肿瘤112例，其中腺癌92例，鳞癌13例，肺泡癌3例，小细胞肺癌3例，大细胞肺癌1例；非恶性病变8例，结核3例，炎性假瘤2例，真菌感染2例，慢性炎症1例。结论CT引导下肺部肿瘤穿刺活检是一种操作简单、安全、有效的检查方法，对肺部肿瘤的定性诊断有重要的临床应用价值。

Analysis of percutaneous lung puncture biopsy results of 120 cases under guidance of CT

Objective To study the finical application value of percutaneous puncture biopsy under CT guided. Methods Collected in our hospital 120 cases of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy of the histological and cytological examination were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 120 patients, 112 cases of malignant tumor, including 92 cases of adenocarcinoma, 13 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 3 cases of pulmonary carcinoma, 3 cases of small cell carcinoma, 1 cases of large cell lung cancer ; 8 cases of non malignant lesions, 3 cases of tuberculosis, 2 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor, 2 cases of fungus infection, 1 cases of chronic inflammation. Conclusion CT guided lung tumor puncture biopsy is a simple, safe, effective inspection method, has important clinical value in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
