耳声发射在耳鸣患者中的应用分析

目的探讨耳声发射在耳鸣患者中的应用价值。方法对我院于2011年12月-2013年12月收治的84例听力正常患者进行分组,其中观察组44例为听力正常伴耳鸣患者,对照组40例为听力正常无耳鸣患者,分析和对比两组患者的畸变产物耳声发射检查情况。结果观察组在1.00、2.00、4.00和8.00kHz中的检出率分别为50.0%、45.5%、40.9%和43.2%,与对照组的100%、95.0%、97.5%和100%比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。并且经治疗后,观察组除1.00kHz外,其余频率点的耳声发射反应幅值明显要优于治疗前（P〈0.05）。结论给予听力正常耳鸣应用耳声发射检查,能够对患者的耳蜗病变情况进行尽早诊断和及时治疗,临床应用价值相对较高,值得进一步推广和使用。

Clinical application of otoacoustic emission on patients with tinnitus

Objective To explore the application value of otoacoustic emission in tinnitus patients. Methods Totally84 cases of patients with normal hearing in our hospital from 2011 December- 2013 year in December the grouping,the observation group of 44 cases as normal hearing and tinnitus patients,40 cases in the control group with normal hearing without tinnitus patients,distortion product otoacoustic analyzed and compared two groups of patients with emission inspection. Results In the observation group,1,2,4 and 8. 00 kHz in the detection rates were 50%,45. 5%,40. 9%and 43. 2%,compared with a control group of 100%,95%,97. 5% and 100%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. And after the treatment,the observation group in addition to 1. 00 kHz,the frequency of otoacoustic emission amplitude was significantly better than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Application of tinnitus patients with normal hearing ear acoustic emission inspection,can be timely diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible on the cochlear lesion patients,clinical application value is relatively high,it is worth popularizing and use.
