胸部孤立性纤维瘤的CT表现及临床病理特点

目的 探讨胸部孤立型纤维性肿瘤的CT影像特点，提高对该疾病的诊断水平。方法 回顾性分析17例经手术病理证实的孤立型纤维性肿瘤，并与临床、病理及免疫组化相对照。结果 孤立型纤维性肿瘤在临床上可无症状或因肿瘤压迫出现不典型症状。CT平扫14例表现为实性肿块，6例肿块可见分叶。16例增强中13例肿块不均匀明显强化，4例肿块轻度均匀强化。结论 CT对胸部SFT诊断具有重要价值，结合既往病史、临床症状，能做出准确诊断，确诊有赖于病理学与免疫组织化学诊断。

CT diagnosis of solitary fibrous tumor and its clinical features

Objective To investigate the spiral CT findings of solitary fibrous tumor （SFF） in the chest, so as to improve the diagnosis of this disease. Methods Totally 17 patients with SFT who were confirmed by reviewing patients surgical and pathology records were rospectively analyzed and a comparison with histopathological and immunohisto chemical results was made. Results Most of SFT have no symptoms in the clinical, the main clinical manifestations were local mass and pressure symptom. Some could associate with bypoglycemia when giant SFT occurred in pleura. On CT images 14 cases were all expressed as solid mass, And 6 cases of mass can visible leaf. Enhancement of the 16 cases 13 cases of uneven mass was significantly enhanced, 4 cases of tumor mild homogeneous enhancement. Conclusion CT has great value for the diagnosis of SFT in the chest. Its accurate diagnosis needs overall analysis combined with medical history clinical and various imaging data.
