手法复位配合微创手术治疗三踝骨折疗效观察

目的 探讨手法复位配合微创手术治疗三踝骨折的疗效。方法 研究河北省唐山市第三人民医院2012年1月至2013年1月问通过采用手法复位，根据骨折分型注意体会骨折移位特点，运用手法复位结合微创手术内固定治疗三踝骨折。结果 治疗效果根据评定标准参考Leeds分级以评定；70例得到随访，优良率94．12％。结论 三踝骨折的解剖复位稳定内固定是治疗关键；手法复位配合微创可以减少骨折段血运破坏，提高骨折愈合率，减少并发症，疗效满意。

Curative effect observation of manual reduction three ankle fractures with minimally invasive surgery treatment

Objective To study the curative effect of manual reduction with the minimally invasive surgery for three ankle fractures. Methods From January 2012 to January 2013 by adopting manual reduction, according to fracture classification note experience fracture displacement characteristics, using manual reduction internal fixation combined with minimally invasive surgery for three ankle fractures. Results The curative effect according to the assessment standard refer to Leeds grading evaluation; 70 cases received follow -up, The exlellent and good rate was 94. 12%. Conclusion Three anatomic reduction and stable fixation of ankle fractures is the key to treatment ; Manual reduction with minimally invasive can reduce the fracture section of the blood supply, increase the rate of fracture healing, reduce the complications, curative effect is satisfied.
