| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后骨髓造血功能恢复及其临床价值。方法 采用Sysmex XE-2100全自动细胞分析仪动态监测40例恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后网织红细胞计数和分类。结果 化疗后第3d开始网织红细胞和未成熟网织红细胞指数进行性下降（P〈0.05）,第14d开始回升（P〈0.05）;白细胞计数则于放疗后第6d出现明显下降（P〈0.05）。结论 网织红细胞和未成熟网织红细胞指数可作为肿瘤患者化疗过程中监测骨髓功能的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of malignant tumor patients before and after chemotherapy.Methods The reticulocytes were examined by automatic blood analyser Sysmex XE- 2100 using the blood of 40 malignant tumor patients before and after chemotherapy. Results On 3d after chemotherapy the reticulocytes count and immature reticulocyte fraction decreased gradually（ P〈0. 05）. On 14 d it rebounded gradually（ P〈0. 05）;White blood cell on 6d after chemotherapy decreased significantly（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The reticulocyte and the immature reticulocyte fraction can be served as important indicator in monitoring function of bone marrow in the patients with tumor during chemotherapy. |
