苯磺酸氨氯地平联合银杏叶片治疗老年高血压疗效观察

目的 探讨老年高血压患者使用银杏叶片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗的临床效果以及患者血压改善情况。方法 选取2012年3月-2013年12月南阳市中心医院收治的老年高血压患者60例，按数学随机方法 分为对照组和治疗组各30例，对照组使用苯磺酸氨氯地平单独治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合使用银杏叶片治疗，对比两组治疗有效率以及血压变化。结果 治疗后对照组治疗总有效率为73．3％，治疗组为93．3％，治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（χ^2=8．219，P=0．012）。结论 针对老年高血压患者使用银杏叶片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗临床效果显著，能够有效控制血压，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation of Amlodipine combined therapy Ginkgo in elderly hypertensive

Objective To investigate the use of Ginkgo biloba in elderly patients with hypertension combined acid treatment of the clinical effects of amlodipine in patients with blood pressure and improve the situation. Methods Totally 60 cases of elderly hospital patients treated hypertension were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group of 30 patients in the control group using amlodipine treatment group therapy in combination with Ginkgo biloba on the basis of the control group, comparing two treatment efficiency and changes in blood pressure. Results After treatment in the control group total effective rate was 73.3% ,the treatment group was 93.3% ,the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group （ χ^2 = 8. 219,P = 0. 012）. Conclusion The use of Ginkgo biloba in elderly patients with hypertension combined amlodipine therapy can effectively control blood pressure, significant clinical effect.
