腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的临床疗效和安全性研究

目的探讨卵巢囊肿患者予以腹腔镜剥除手术治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法研究对象选择商丘市妇幼保健院2011年5月至2013年3月收治的需手术治疗的62例卵巢囊肿患者，随机分为研究组与对照组各31例。对照组患者予以传统开腹卵巢囊肿切除手术，研究组采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除手术。术后就两组术中创伤程度、术中出血量、手术时间、术后住院时间及并发症等临床指标予以对比分析。结果两组患者手术成功率及术后并发症情况对比结果无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。研究组创伤程度为（2．0±1．0）cm、术中出血量为（30．5±15．8）ml、手术时间为（48．1±10．1）min，均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论卵巢囊肿患者采用腹腔镜手术，能在肯定疗效的基础上显著减小创伤程度，且具有手术时间少、患者痛苦小及恢复时间快等优越性。

Clinical efficacy and safety studies of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic ovarian cysts be stripped surgery. Methods Totally 62 patients required surgical treatment of ovarian cysts Shangqiu City,MCH May 2011 to March 2013 were treated randomly divided into study group and the control group of 31 cases. The control group of patients to be traditional open surgery ovarian cyst. Research group using laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy surgery. Comparative analysis of postoperative clinical indicators to be two degrees of trauma surgery, blood loss, operative time, postoperative hospital stay and complications. Results There were procedural success rate and postoperative complications were not statistically significant comparison resuhs （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The degree of trauma to the study group （ 2. 0 -＋ 1.0 ） cm, blood loss was （30. 5 ＋ 15.8 ）ml, operative time was （48.1 -＋ 10. 1 ）min ,were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery patients with ovarian cysts, can significantly reduce the degree of trauma on the basis of a positive effect, and has less operative time, little pain and faster recovery time and other advantages.
